Hawks Are Back

The team arrived back on campus at 2:30 p.m. today to a rousing welcome from the University community. Though a tenacious Texas A&M defense ended Hartford's season one game short of the Sweet 16 last night, the memories of the past year will last a very long time. Please feel free to use the comments link to offer your thoughts and comments on a record-breaking 28-win season.

Recovering from the timezone change, but still in awe of everything that we saw and experienced. Thank you to the Hartford Women and Coaching staff for an amazing season. It's been an honor to do our best to back them up, both here and on the road. We love you!

Congratulations! What a great job you all did. It is exciting to see the changes in the Athletic programs over the years and the success we are having. Cudos to Jenn, all the coaching staff for recruiting such great girls! Keep it up and one day you will go all the way.

Jonathan - this is a great recap of the trip and a wonderful service for families and members of the Hawks community. As a parent who accompanied the team on the trip, I can only say that we are pleased to part of the UHA family. From President Harrison, through the AD staff, the team, the band and the cheerleaders, we felt nothing but positive energy and support. We especially appreciated the hard work and relentless enthusiasm of the cheer team and the pep band. We don't appreciate them enough!
